Ludhiana (11 December, 2009: Shiromani Akali Dal (Panch Pardhani), led by Bhai Daljeet Singh Bittu, has accused the Punjab Government and Ludhiana administration for their alleged failure to evaluate public opinion against Ashutosh, as a result the confrontation between Sikh Sangat and Punjab police claimed the life of Darshan Singh of native village Lohara.
