More trouble for Ajay Devgan – Son of Sardar; AISSF approached Giani Gurbachan Singh

Amritsar, Punjab (August 27, 2012): Ajay Devgan’s upcoming movie “Son of Sardar” has more trouble to face as Karnail Singh Peermohammad, President of All India Sikh Students Federation (Peermohammad) has sought intervention of Giani Gurbachan Singh, Jathedar Sri Akal Takhat Sahib against objectionable parts of the controversial movie.
“A movie named ‘Son of Sardar’ is going to be released in November 2012, which has been produced by Ajay Devgan and he has also played the lead role. The movie has been directed by Ashwin Dhir. The official trailer of this movie which been released on You Tube, shows the character of a Sikh in bad light” Peermohammad is reported to have told Giani Gurbachan Singh.
He informed Jathedar of Sri Akal Takhat Sahib that The movie contained highly objectionable dialogue such as “If Sardars (Sikhs) were not there then who would have invented abuses like….”Teree Maan Dee – Teree Bhain Dee” and also “In case Sardar would not have been there, then on whom would the jokes be made”.
In the movie the main actor who is shown as a turban wearing Sardar has been shown to having a Tattoo of Hindu Lord Shiva engraved on his chest. This is also anti thesis to the Sikh principles, AISSF president is said to have informed Giani Gurbachan Singh.
It is pertinent of note here that Advocate Navkiran Singh had issued a legal notice to the makers of the film on 16th Aug 2012 and had asked them to delete the objectionable portion in the movie within 7 days of receipt of the legal notice. However the producer and actor Ajay Devgan did not care to respond to the legal notice till date.
“In this situation AISSF has requested Giani Gurbachan Singh to intervene in the matter to ensure that the movie is not released without deletion of the objectionable parts. We have also requested Jathedar Sahib to refer the matter to police for registration of FIR against the makers and actors of the movie”, Karnail Singh Peermohammad told Sikh Siyasat.
He further told that Giani Gurbachan Singh has assured his support in this matter. “I shall be directing SGPC to take appropriate legal action in this matter” Giani Gurbachan Singh is said to have told Karnail Singh Peermohammad.

The hindu community in India should be aware that if there were no sikhs, singhs, India would have been an islamic state. This shows how stupid they are forgetting all the sacfices made by the sikh Gurus.

It is right that guru ji have preached sikhs to worship omnipresent and only one nirgun God so a tattoo of hindu lord shiva is never acceptable to us but Guru ji have also ordered us not to cut hair from any part of body.IS IT ACCEPTABLE TO US NOW TO CUT BEARD AND ALSO SAY OURSELVES SARDAR?
