Clean chit to Dera Radha Swami Beas: Dal Khalsa expresses its disagreement

Amritsar, Punjab (July 31, 2012): Dal Khalsa has expressed its disagreement with the issuance of clean chit to Dera Beas sect by the SGPC and Jathedar of the Akal Takht in the matter of demolition of Gurdwara structure in village Wariach near Beas.
The radical organization took exception over the contents of the report saying that it has so many lapses and lacunas and moreover it was prepared with a motive to provide shied to Dera Beas management.
In a statement, members of executive committee Satnam Singh Paonta Sahib and Sarbjit Singh Ghuman has strongly objected to harsh language used by the Jathedar Giani Gurbachan Singh in addressing the Panthic groups, who have been opposing the demolition of Gurdwara structure. It’s ironic that the instead of passing a stringent strictures against the culprits in order to stop re-occurrence of such incidents in future, Jathedar Akal Takht has castigated those who have devoted their whole lives to uphold the Sikh maryada and principles.
We fail to understand why Jathedar Akal Takht alone has shown hurry in releasing the report while he himself has publicly declared that the report would be discussed in the meet of Jathedars’ of Five Takhat’s scheduled for Aug 7. Ironically, the “sealed and secret” report reached the offices of select newspapers long time back.
They said when their local team visited the spot in the first week of June, the bir of Guru Granth Sahib was installed and Nishan Sahib was unfurling in the gurdwara. The bir and Nishan Sahib was removed few days after with an aim to demolish the structure, they claimed. They said the intentions of the management as well as village Panchayat were malafide and that is the point where the report is silence. Being a Sikh, the Sarpanch and Panchyat members were responsible for demolition and they need Akal Takht’s reprimand. The argument that since there was no Sikh population in the village hence the demolition of structure was justified holds no water. Had the situation arisen to this level, it was the prerogative of the Sikh Sangat of adjacent villages to decide and not the Panchayat or dera management.
Reacting to apology tendered by Dera Beas, they said deeds matters and not words. They alleged that like land mafia, the dera management is keeping an eye on the land of farmers in the adjacent area. “The dera is hell bent to acquire the land of farmers by hook or crook. They have been using all methods and tactics to get the land vacated”, they alleged.
They dismissed that their groups have any intention to harm the peace or communal harmony in Punjab and termed it malicious propaganda against them. “Peace is dear to us also. All our activities will be democratic in nature”, they clarified.

It is notable that Dera Radha Swami Beas has a history of making violent attacks on Journalists who tries to expose their misdeeds. In 2008 two senior journalists of Rayya were seriously attacked by dera men. One of them, named Devinder Singh Bhangu who works for Punjabi daily – Punjabi Tribune, was thrown into 40 feed deep dig along with his motorcycle.

Other journalist, Ratinder Rikhi of Dainik Bhaskar Hindi newspaper was abducted was carried inside the dera beas and he was beaten there.
Recently, Dera men assaulted Sangat TV’s crew members at village Jodhan who were listening to the plight of farmers who have land adjoining to dera. Dera is forcing them to sell their land and through illegal mining encroaching over villagers’ lands.

Unfortunately these Jathedars are the stooges of the Balad @son Inc. these jathedars have brought shame to the proud Sikh tradation. Unless the Sikh naation achieve independence it will besubjected by Hindu rulers directly or indirectly through stooges like badal or Arminder or some other jerk.
Dal Khalsa UK condemns the so called Jathedars & so called Leaders of the Sikh Nation in Panjab who have given a ‘clean chit’ to the Hindutva Radhaswami Dera,in regards to the destruction of the Gurdwara Sahib in Village Variach.
It should also be noted that in total two Gurdwaras have been totally demolished in the continuous landgrab that the Radhaswamis are carrying out and a third Gurdwara is on the verge of falling in to a trench dug under its foundations by the Radhaswamis.In a scheming way the Radhaswamis have been taking over the land of innocent farmers by diverting river waters from their natural courses in to fields,after which the remaining land is made part of the ‘Dera’.Innocent Sikh Villagers are forced to flee as the the Radhaswamis are digging 30 – 40 foot trenches around their homes which then in turn cause the foundations to collapse in to the ditches around the homes,not only this the electricity is also being cut to force out any remaining residents in surrounding villages.
So after approximately a month of campaigning by the Satkaar Commitee,Dal Khalsa,Damdami Taksaal Ajnala,Panthic Seva Lehar & various other Sikh Jathebandia the Jathedars despite all the evidence to hand have given the Radhaswamis a clean chit as they say.Not only this the Jathedar – Gurbachan Singh along with the 4 other puppet Jathedars have called all the above Panthic Jathebanida/Sikhs who campaigned against the Radhaswami landgrab and destuction of the Gurdwara ‘Trouble Makers’ or ‘Shararthi Ansar’.
It seems as from the very start of this issue our main leaders Political as well as Religious around the World wished to remain very silent in regards to speaking out agasint the atrocities that are being committed by the Radhaswamis in the villages surrounding their cult Dera in Beas.There are many reasons the main one being that the majority of these so called leaders have family members who are part of the Radhaswami Cult Dera,links to businesses/businessmen connected with the Dera and last but not least the Badal/Majithia Family relations with Radhaswamis.The main reason this was all kept quite was that the Badals/Majithias and other so called Rich Powerhouse Sikh Families in Panjab & abroad were protecting their own as well as their family interests with family members being Radhaswamis and marriages in to Radhaswami families they would not risk on speaking out on such an issue even if it means turning a blind eye to the beadbi of Sri Guru Granth Sahib Ji and the oppression of poor farmers.
It was rumoured that the Sant Samaj leader Harman Dhumma held a secret meeting with the Radhaswamis at their Dera in Beas to ‘sort out’ the issue.This was happening while the Sikh protests were growing,now we all now that the Sant Samaj is in a open alliance with the Shriomani Akali Dal Badal allied with the BJP/RSS anti Sikh forces.Now whenever an issue regarding the Sikh Naiton arises we always see these peadophilic Sant Samaj leaders running around on the orders of Badal to ‘bury’ issues and to brush them under the carpet.Most recently this was seen during the time when Jathedar Balwant Singh Ji Rajoana was to be hanged the Sant Samaj attemped to visit him in Jail to put a spanner in the works as they say,but Jathedar Rajoana being the far sighted Soorma he is refused to meet them.
The two most powerful families in Panjab the Badals & Majithias rule not only through government but through Deras,SGPC,Sant Samaj and even the Jathedars of the Takhts.Both the Badal’s & Majithias are one family as Sukhbir,Parkash Badal’s Son is married to Harsimrat who used to be a Majithia.Both families are related to the leaders of the Radhasamis all the way up to the apex of the Radhaswami leadership.
In the end all becomes clear the Jathedars & Jathedar of Sri Akal Takht Sahib are controlled and given orders by Badal,as the Radhaswami Dera is an asset of Badal & his family/business friends worldwide.He cannot risk them being under any threat from the Sikhs.therefore the Jathedar announces that the Radhaswamis have done nothing wrong and infact it is Sikh Activists who are trouble makers.
The Jathedars of today such as Gurbachana and the others are nowhere like the legendary Jathedars of the past such as Shaheed Jathedar Gurdev Singh Ji Kaunke & Shaheed Akali Phoola Singh Ji.The real Jathedars of the past stood with the down trodden such as the poor farmers who’s lands and homes are being taken over day by day,they stood their ground when it came to issues of the defence of Gurdwaras and the Sikh Nation.Sadly today’s Jathedars are chosen by the ruling elite of the likes of the Badals,Majithias,BJP,RSS lobby who’s sole aim is to control the Sikh Nation and to destroy it from within.
The Sikhs need to be fully aware of these anti Sikh designs today the Sikhs who set out to save poor farmers,villagers and Gurdwaras from attack by Radhaswamis have been decalred ‘trouble makers’.Journalists of Sangat TV were brutally attacked and chased by a mob of up to 200 Radhaswamis and even after a Police complaint no action was taken,as they have good relations with the cultists.In the end we do Ardass to Guru Sahib to keep the Khalsa Panth in Chardhi Kalla and may we be blessed with countless Jathedars such as Jathedar Balwant Singh Ji Rajoana – our REAL JATHEDAR in these dark times.
