BBSBYF President picked up by Punjab Police

Patiala (February 17, 2010): District police today picked S. Parminder Singh, President of Baba Banda Singh Bahadur Youth Federation, Patiala. He was arrested from Tractor Market of the city where he works as a mechanic. The reason behind his arrest is not known till now, but it is believed that he is arrested for propagating the ideology of Sikh martyrs and for holding posters containing photos of Sant Jarnail Singh Bhindranwale.
Parminder is lone working member of his family and his father is on bed due to paralysis. Family fears that their son may be implicated by police in false cases.
